Message	I was doing some diagnosis on my Z the other day and I figured out that I was loosing all of my compression on one of the cylinders. Last night I pulled the motor in 4 hours (damn quick) and I tore the engine down today. The driver's side head has a bent exhaust valve, and im not sure from what. As far as I can see theres no worn mark on the piston from where it made/making contact with the valve. Obviously im going to have this fixed but I was wondering what are some general suggestions to upgrade with the heads. I was thinking about going with new springs, just because of the age on these. Anyways shoot me some ideas. Thanks guys
